How to Request Deletion
- Please start a request through the in-app or public Account Deletion / Data Removal entry and provide your wallet address or user ID for verification.
- Before submitting a request, please use or withdraw any available balance so the deletion process is not blocked by pending assets.
What Will Be Deleted
- After reasonable review, in-platform account profile data, balance records, and game records will be deleted or anonymized.
- Transaction records already written to a public blockchain cannot be deleted by this service.
